Know all men by these presents: that JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing the date of November 28, 2005 made and executed by JODI L. MOWER, UNMARRIED as mortgagor(s), to
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N .A. as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $65,200.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming, in the Volume/Book 606 Page 302 Document

consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
