TERMINATION OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL
The undersigned does hereby forever terminate, release, and relinquish the
undersigned's right of first refusal to purchase the property described below, as set
forth in that Quitclaim Deed (copy attached hereto) as filed on July 11, 1995 in Book 184
PR, page 222 in the office of the Uncoln County Oerk.
The S1/2 of the East 200', exclusive of any road easement of sight or record, of
NI/2SWI/4SW1/4 of Section 27, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M
Uncoln County, Wyoming; said tract to extend 200' west of the west edge of the
road easement paralleling the east line of said NIl 15WI/4SWI/4.
