NIMMO- WINES FAMILY TRUST, Dated October 3, 2006, Donald A. Wines Sr., and
Sharon Nimmo-Wines, Trustees, of Freedom, Wyoming, GRANTEE(s), the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln Cmmty and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Lots twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28), Block five (5), Van Noy Park, in
the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat
thereof.
