Scherbel PLS 5368, 2002 location for the Southeast Comer of the SWII4 of said Section 34; Thence N01°14'32"E, along the East line of said SW1I4, 1,323.38 feet to the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 2002 location for the Southwest Comer of the N1I2SE1I4 of said Section 34; . Thence S89°16'02"E, along the South line of said Nl/2SE1/4, 395.01 feet; Thence SOlo14'32"W 1,324.32 feet to a point in the North line of the NEI/4 of Section 3, T34N, of said R119W; Thence N89°07'52"W, along said North line, 395.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 12.0o± Acres of land. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Easements, as referred to in the Easement Agreement recorded in Book 579, on Page 7, with said Office.
