KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that HERBERT CLAY McCHRYSTAL,
MARGARET McCHRYSTAL BUCKLEY, PHILIP MICHAEL McCHRYSTAL and KIMBERLY ANN
McCHRYSTAL, acting pursuant to Letters Testamentary and Order Approving Final Report, Waiver of
Accounting and Distribution of the Estate of Margaret Ann Grover, a.k.a Margaret Ann McChrystal of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, filed on September 11,2006, in Probate No. 2005-12, Third Judicial District Court,
in and for the County of Lincoln, , for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and
forever quit claimed unto the said HERBERT CLAY McCHRYSTAL, MARGARET McCHRYSTAL
BUCKLEY, PHILIP MICHAEL McCHRYSTAL and KIMBERLY ANN McCHRYSTAL, as tenants in
common, grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 57 and 72 in Alpine Village Subdivision, No.1, Plat 3 Amended, Second Filing, as
recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations
Restrictions, Right -of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
