Affidavit to the Public
I, Lonnie T. Garrett, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:

That under the date August 17, 1993, Roxie Garrett, a single woman, by
deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk, on August 19, 1993, in Book 334 of Photostatic Records on Page
2, conveyed to Roxie Garrett Family Trust, dated August 17, 1993, Roxie Garrett,
Trustee, the following described property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-
wit:
A portion of Section 14, Township 33 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) and running thence South 51.25 rods, more or less, to
the South bank of Willow Creek; thence meandering Northeasterly along the said
creek bank to its intersection with the East boundary of said subdivision at a point
Ten (10) rods South of the Northeast Corner of said subdivision; thence North 30
feet; thence West 400 feet; thence North 135 feet to the North boundary line of
said subdivision; thence West 920 feet to the point of beginning
EXCEPTING the following:
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) of
Section 14, Township 33 North, Range, 118 West of the 6th P.M., located in
Turnerville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set 1841.00 feet South and 60.38 feet East of the
Northwest Corner of said Section 14, said iron pipe also marking the East line of
County Road #123 running from Thayne to Turnerville, thence running North
89°08'52" East, 160.00 feet to an Iron Pipe set; thence South 0°51'08" East,
287.33 feet to a nail set in the base of a tree on the Southerly bank of Willow
Creek; thence along said Southerly bank North 78°39' West, 61.43 feet to an iron
pipe; thence North 75°23'10" West, 57.31 feet to an iron pipe and thence South
76°13'22" West, 45.89 feet to an iron pipe set in the East line of said Road #123;
thence North 0°51'08" West, 269.32 feet to the point of beginning
That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, Roxie Garrett Family Trust,
dated August 17, 1993, Roxie Garrett, Trustee, became the owner of the above
described land, and title thereto vested continuously in the trustee from the date
of conveyance described in said deed to the date of death of Roxie Garrett, on
the 13th day of April, 1998. That by reason of and upon the death of Roxie
Garrett, and pursuant to Article XXIII B. of the terms of said trust, title to the
above described real property vested in Lonnie T. Garrett and Marilyn G. Crane,
Co-Trustees.

Affiant avers and certifies that Roxie Garrett is the identical party named
as Trustee in the aforementioned deed whose death terminated her interest, title
and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of
this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent: duly
certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of
record.
