QUITCLAIM DEED
Evan J. Simpson and Beverly A. Simpson, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is P.O.
Box 678, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without
recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Nedra J. Stock and Wallace Lavon
Stock, Trustees of the NedraJ. Stock Revocable Trust dated May 9, 1995, all of Grantors' right, title
and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise.

BEGINNING at a point on the north line of said E~SWY.., S89°-52' -29"W, 380.32 feet
from the northeast corner of said E~SWY..;
thence S89°-52'-29''W, 242.85 feet, along said north line, to the northeast point of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 554 of Photostatic Records on page 75;
thence SOoo-06'-33"W, 1341.48 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
