Hensel, a married man, of 38 Middle Branch Circle, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantor", for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and warrant unto the Thomas E. Hensel Revocable Trust, dated the 13th day of December, 1997, restated the 23rd day of August, 2005, and any amendments thereto, Thomas E. Hensel, Trustee, of 38 Middle Branch Circle, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Grantees", the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 69 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 17, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in use. ' Furthennore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release any and all rights that they may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of or arising under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming.
