date of my signature hereto. I intend the authorizations and powers granted in this Limited
Power of Attorney to continue dwing any period when I am disabled, incompetent, or absent.

2. Powers. My Attorney shall have the power and authority to take any actions
neœssary or incident to the execution of the powers granted by this Limited Power of Attorney,
as I rould do as if personally present. For purposes of clarification, and not as a limitation of this
grant of limited powers, these powers shall include: the disposition of any real estate located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, including the power to acquire) lease, exchange, sell, convey)
mortgage, pledge. or otherwise dispose of all real estate, and to execute and deliver assignments,
contracts, deeds, mortgages, bills of sale, and any other instrum.ents necessary to complete the
sale and/or purchase of real estate.
3. Goveminll Låw. This Limited Power of AUorney shall be governed by the laws
of t.be State of Wyoming in all respects, including validity, construction, interpretaû.on, and
termination. If any provision is determined to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the
validity of any other provision.
