1. SCQpe and Duration. This Limited Power of Attorney shall be effective from the
date of signature hereto.
2. Powers, Said Attorney shall have the power and authority to take any actions
necessary or incident to the execution of the powers granted by this Limited Power of Attorney,
as Indian Creek, LLC could do as ifpresent For purposes of clarification, and not as a limitation
of this grant of limited powers, these powers shall include: the disposition of any real estate
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, including the power to acquire, lease, exchange, sell,
convey, mortgage, pledge, or otherwise dispose of all real estate, and. to execute and deliver
assignments, contracts, deeds, mortgages, bills of sale, and any other instruments necessary to
complete the sale and/or purchase ofreal estate.
3. Governilllz Law. This Limited Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Wyoming in all respects, including validity, construction, interpretation, and
termination. If any provision is determined to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the
validity of any other provision.
