SpuTH AND 1872.43 FEET EAST FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
SECTION 32 AND RUNNING THENCE WEST, 104.56 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 216.97
FEET; THENCE EAST 296.97 FEET; THENCE N 41 DEGREES 34' W, 290.00
FEET ALONG THE U.S. HIGHWAY 89 RIGHT OF WAY TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.

Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid,
satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said
