RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TIlESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 19th,
2006 made and executed by The Bowers Family Trust, Dated January 5th, 2006 mortgagors, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of$432,154.00, which mortgage was re-recorded in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
22Dd day of June 2006, in book 624 PR of Mortgages, at Page 192 as document # 919584 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
