Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Clifton Max Amundsen, Virginia Lynne Nance and Kathryn A. Kunkel
as to an undivided one-third (1/3) interest each
