OUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the TOWN OF
DIAMONDVILLE, an incorporated town of the county of LincoIn, State of Wyoming,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen and No/l 00 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration in hand paid., receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said Tomassi and Sons
Rentals, as tenants by the entireties, with right of survivorship, their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand., as they may
have or ought to have in or to all the following described property, to-wit:

The southerly 145.0 feet of West Seventh stled as idenfified on the 1942
Plat of the Town ofDiamondville, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows.
Beginning at the northeast comer of the intersection of West Seventh Street .
and Glencoe Street (formerly West Eighth Street) of the 1942 plat of the
Town ofDiamondville. Thence S78°57'53'W (S78°50'W record) along the
extension of the north boundary line of said Glencoe Street, 60.00 feet to the
northwest comer of said intersection of West Seventh Street and Glencoe
Street. Said point being a point of tangency of the west boundary line of said
West Seventh Street.
Thence 152.20 feet along the arc ofa curve to the right and along the west
boundary line of said West Seventh Street. Said curve to the right having a
radius of283.70 feet, a central angle of3<r44'14" and a chord which bears
N4"20'00'"E, a distance of 150.38 feet.
Thence N78°57'53'"E (N78°50'E record) along a line offset 145.00 feet and
parallel to the north boundary line ofGlencoe Street, a distance of73.51 feet
to a point on the east boundary line of said West Seventh Street and being a
point on a curve to the left.
Thence southwesterly 157.75 feet along the arc of said curve to the left and along
the east boundary of said West Seventh Street to the point of beginning. Said
curve to the left having a radius of223.70 feet a central angle of 40"29'19" and
a chord of 154.51 feet which bears 59Ì 0'02'W.
Said parcel contains 9273 square feet more or less.
Subject, however to all restrictions, easements, reservations, exceptions and
rights-of-way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming
