RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star V alley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 03, 2005
made and executed by R. Rick Miller aDd Kelly J. Miller, Husband and Wife mortgagors, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of $176,700.00 which mortgage was re-recorded in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
6th day of May 2005, in book 584 PR of Mortgages, at Page 805 as document # 908211 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitc1aiIh unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgaje to be signed by its Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this J ¿, day of
