Laurie L. Roberts, an undivided 37.5% interest

Jerold G. Schmidt, an undivided 25.00% interest
As tenants in common
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Rick J. Klein, as a Tenant in Common, an undivided 50.00% interest, and
Laurie L. Roberts and Jerold G. Schmidt, as Joint Tenants with full rights of
survivorship, an undivided 50.00% interest
Grantees, whose mailing address is c/o Jerold Schmidt, 3464 So. Cleveland
Circle, Salt Lake City, UT 84109, the following described real estate situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 8 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-ot-ways ot record,
of sight or in use.
