KENNINGTON FAMILY TRUST dated August 27, 1998, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to DANIEL L. KENNINGTON and LORI A. KENNINGTON, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, P.O.
