Dollars and other valuable. considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to: the.COITONWOOD-JACKSON
IRREVOCABLE TRUST, Dated October 2, 2006, Richard D. Jackson and Jessica Licata,
Trustees, Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County

LID BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
