RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BOYD W. WILKES and lONE R.
WILKES, Trustees of the BOYD W. WILKES and lONE R. WILKES REVOCABLE
TRUST, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, do hereby certify that a certain
Mortgage bearing date the 8th day of September, 2003, made and executed by WAYNE
K. HESSON and KAREN J. HESSON, Mortgagors, to BOYD W. WILKES and lONE R.
WILKES REVOCABLE TRUST, dated May 30, 1994, Mortgagee, BOYD W. WILKES and
lONE R. WILKES, Trustees, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned, which
Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9th day of September, 2003, in Bdok 534,
Page 062, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
ALL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED MORTGAGE
is, with a note secured thereby, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged as to the
above described lands; and in consideration thereof, the said Mortgagees do hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
