Assignee has heretofore entered into a Real Estate Lease ("Contract") dated March 31, 2000, affecting certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as is more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A", with Wesley R. Tingey and Dorothy A. Tingey, of612 North Main, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, as Lessor and T-7, IDc, of612 North Main, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, as Lessee, as disclosed by certain Lease recorded April 14, 2000, as Entry No. 865376 in Book 444 at Page 224 of the official records of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, B. Assignee and Assignor have heretofore executed an Assignment of Real Estate Lease and Subordination Agreement as Collateral dated March 31, 2000, recorded April 14, 2000 as Entry 865377 in Book 444 at Page 228 of the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. C. Assignor now desires to tenninate its assignee interest in the Contract and reassign its interest back to Assignee. i NOW, TIIEREFORE, in consideration of the premises Assignor hereby reassigns, transfers and conveys unto Assignee the Contract TO \ HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for and during the remainder of the tenns mentioned in the Contract and all renewals and extensions of said tenn.
