KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 3rd day of September ,20-ºL, made and executed by
Gregory L Rosenlund and Nesha Rosenlund AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE
VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $ 12.600.00 Dollars therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded on the 29th day of November, 2004, in Book 573PR Page
583 Number 904851 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2 Lot 619
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 26th day
of July, 2006.
