RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'SIMECHANIC'S LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
The Undersigned, Wyoming Windows & Cabinets, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, of
US Highway 287, P.O. Box 512, Lander, Wyoming 82520, for and in consideration of the
payment of the debt secured hereby, does by these presents release and discharge the
following described property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lot 53, Plat 13, Star Valley, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
from the Contractor'slMechanic's Lien recorded July 2,2006 in the office of the County
Clerk of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Book 625 at Page 362 as Receiving
No. 919878. Furthennore, in consideration of such payment, the Lien Holder does hereby
remise, release and forever quitclaim to Gary Stroth and Holly Stroth, husband and wife,
their successors and assigns the real property described above, together with all te~~ments,
hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging and that the property secured thereby has
been released from the lien of such mortgage.
