WARRANTY DEED
Don Goetz, a single person, Grantor, whose address is 120 Saddle
Circle, Etna, Wyoming for and in consideration of other valuable consideration
and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Don Goetz, Trustee, or
his successors in trust, under the Don Goetz Living Trust dated October 17, 2006,
for the benefit of Don Goetz and his heirs, Grantee, whose address is 120 Saddle
Circle, Etna, Wyoming the following described real estate:
Lot 6, Block 1, Nordic Ranches Subdivision No.1, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to the recorded plat thereof
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are uee uom encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reseIVations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
