KNOW ALL M~N BY T~ESE ~ESENT~, that Frank ~. Talley, in
Consideration of t.h~.sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, conveys and quitc~aime unto F.A.T. InvestmBnt~
Limited Partnership, A Wyoming Limited Partnership, whose address
is General Delivery, Bedford, WY 83112, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, to-wit:
SE}SE~ in Section 6 and E~NE¼ in Section 7 and the
SW}NW} in Section 8, all in Township 33 North, Range
118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETMER with a right-of-way easement over, across,
along a strip of land Thirty (30) feet in width, said
30 feet wide strip of land being t5 feet aa. ch side
of the centerline of an existing road Charles G. Heiner
and Ellen H. ~einer Strawberry Road to lands of Section
6, T33N, RtleW, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and the centerline
of said road ur roadway being moro particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the int~rsection of the Strawberry.Road
with the centerline of an existing road (said
intersection b~ing in Section 31, T34N, R~eW, 6th
P.M., Wyoming, and beir~g approximately t} mile along
the Strawberry Road from the U.S. 89 Highway) and
running in a Southerly direction along the centerline
of sa&d existing road, through the lands of LeRoy
L. Helner and wife, approximately one-half (~) mile
to the So'ut~ boundary line of said Section 3], T34N,
RlleW, .6th P.M., Wyoming, TMENCE in "an
East-Southeasterly direction, through the lands of
Joseph A. Heiner, Jr., and wife, appro~imately 20
rod~ through the Northeast corner of the NW¼NW} of
Section 6, T33N, RlleW, THENCE through the lands of
LeRoy L. Heiner and wife, in the NE~NW¼ of said Section
6, in a East-Southeasterly direction ~pproximat~ly
40 ~o~s; THENCE through said lands in a South
Southeasterly direction approximately 130 rods to
the North boundary line of the lands of Charles
Heiner and wife in the S~SW}NE~ of said Section
THENCE 'through ~aid lands and NW¼SE¼ Of said Section
in a South-Southeasterly direction approximately 110
rods to the Northeast Corner of the Forrest Joel Heap
and wife property and East bouudary line-of the NW}SE¼
of said Section 6, T~ENCE along the West boundary
line of the Joseph A. Heiner and Sara Heiner lands,

Section 6, and North boundary line of 'the Charles
G. Heiner and wife property in said SE¼SE~, and
extmnding 30 feet each side of the centerline of said
described roadway.
Hereby r~leasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of th~ homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
