MAUREEN VENSEL, the sole surviving Trustee of the Vensel Family Revocable Living
Trust, 8313 East Chaparral Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250-7309, for and in consideration of
TEN AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, conveys and quit claims to DENISE G.
THOMPSON, 14262 North 22nd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85022, individually and as her sole
and separate property, and CATHERINE L. PALASCHAK., 7533 North 28th Avenue, Phoenix,
Arizona 85051, individually and as her sole and separate property, each having an undivided
one-half interest as a tenant-in-common, all of her interest in all minerals and mineral rights of
every kind and character now known to exist or hereafter discovered within or underlying the
following described lands (excepting oil and gas), together with the perpetual right to explore
for, remove and dispose of said minerals by any proper means or methods, including the right to
access to and the use of, such parts of said-described lands, upon or below the surface thereof, as
may be necessary or convenient for any purpose in connection with the exploration for, removal,
disposition and transportation of said minerals as described on that certain Quit Claim Deed
recorded on June 24, 1954, in Book 7, Page 123, of the Records of County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, covering the real property described below, in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming:

by MAUREEN VENSEL, Trustee of the Vensel Family Revocable Living Trust who signed the
instrument on behalf of the Trust and is personally known to me, was duly sworn upon oath and
represented that she was the Trustee of the Trust, that this instrument was signed and sealed on
behalf of the Trust, the Trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument
to execute this instrument on behalf of the Trust, and the Trustee acknowledged the instrument to
be the fi'ee act and deed of the Trust.
