CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE
Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that
Promissory Note No. 110328 dated July 2,2004, which is secured by that certain First
Mortgage of that date, given by Yuko S. Brookover and David M. Brookover, husband
and wife, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, fsb, which was recorded in the Lincoln County
Clerk's office on July 14,2004, in Book 561 Photo, at Pages 830-833, the undersigned,
as Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter
described according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in
Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the lIth day of July, 2006.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property
described below, after due and legal notic~ given, to Bank of Jackson Hole, the
mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $373,201.00 Dollars, the highest bid at
the public auction conducted by the under~igned. ..
The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 30 of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision, said
subdivision being the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 36 North, Range 119 West, 6P.N. Wyoming, in
accordance with the official plat of said subdivision as filed
for record in the office of the County Clerk in ex-officia
recorder of deeds, Lincoln County, Wyoming on the 2nd Day
of February, 1972.

The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriff's deed
for the property at the expiration of th~ statutory period of redemption, unless the
property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
