RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN

STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIA nON hereby certifies that pursuant
to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded OCTOBER
20.2005. Book 601 PR Page 860 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio
Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged with regard to the property owned --L.or being purchased by
PHIL & JULIE HAMILTON. 970 W. BROADWAY #324. JACKSON. WY 83001.
described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does
hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more particularly
described as follows:
