RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jack E. Corsi and J~ck O. Corsi,
Trustees of the Henry's Mountain Land Trust dated November 1, 1994, of Etna, County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, as mortgagee, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date
of September 15, 1998, made and executed by William P. Birmingham and Kristin M.
Birmingham, husband and wife, as mortgagors, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of $25,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 1st day of October, 1998, in Book 418 of P.R., at Page 699, Recording Number 853722, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
