WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Kennard F. Nelson and Maxine
W. Nelson, husband and wife; GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Wade Rex Payne and Sadie N. Payne,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is P.O. Box 372,
Cokeville, WY 83114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 10 of Block 8 of Original Town of Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Known as 125 Post Street, Cokeville, WY 83114
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all improvements thereon.
SUBJECT TO easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions presently of
record in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
