Landis, Trustees, of 3475 North Cheney Lane,' Wilson, Wyoming 83014, GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot 30 in Star Valley Ranch Plat Seven (7), as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
