recorded on August 9, 2006 in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No.
336C, Instrument No. 921105.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of::way of sight and/or of record.
