WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KAREN REES, 2098 Garfield
Avenue, Louisville, Colorado 80027, GRANTOR for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to RILEY MARTIN REES, a single
person, P.O. Box 4344, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, GRANTEE, and his heirs and assigns, the
following described real property, situate in the COWlty of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights Wlder and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, to wit:
All of Lot 10 of BRIDGER FOREST RANCH SUBDIVION, according to the
official plat thereof, recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
