A parcel of land within an unplatted portion of the City of Kemmerer, Wyoming
and being part of Tracts 38 J, 38 K, and 107 and within the SE Y.. of Section 35
and the SW Y.. of Section 36 all of the resurvey of T. 21 N., R. 116 W. of the 6th
P.M., City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows;

monumented by a 2" diameter aluminum cap on a 5/8" rebar with the cap being
