described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit: "
A portion of Parcel 210 to the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at Corner NO.1 of said Parcel 210, said corner being the Southwest corner
of the intersection of Brilliant Street (West Third Street) and Susie Avenue (West First
Avenue);
thence Westerly along the North boundary of said Parcel 210, 70 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
thence continuing along the North boundary of Parcel 210, 35 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Parcel 210;
thence Southerly along the West boundary of said Parcel 210, 120 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Parcel 210;
thence Easterly along the South boundary of said Parcel 210, 20 feet;
thence Northerly parallel to the West boundary of said Parcel 210, 30 feet;
thence Easterly parallel to the South boundary of said Parcel 210, 15 feet;
thence Northerly parallel to the West boundary of said Parcel 210, 90 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
