QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
HAROLD W. HANSON AND FERN S HANSON, CO-TRUSTEES ofthe 1994
Hanson Family Trust (as created by Declarati,on oCTrust dated July-20, 1994) ,
of Afton, Lincoln County, State of Wyomirig, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
herein cOllvey and quitclaim unto
LAMONT R. MERRITT, TRUSTEE oftheLaMol1t R.
Merritt Revocable Trust, dated September 10,1997
of P.O. Box 125, Afton, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and his heirs, successors, and
assigns, all such right, title, interest, propeliy, possession, claim, and demand as they have or
ought to have in or to all the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vitiue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract ofland lying within and being a part of the SWl/4SEl/4 of Section 28,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincolrr County, Wyoming, being a portion
of the land described in that deed of record in Book 359 PR, Page 316, in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east boundary line of the SWl/4SEl/4 of Section
28, said point being south (S 0°27.4' E) a distance of 82.50 feet (5 rods) fì'om the
northeast comer of the said SWl/4NEl/4; and running
THENCE West (S 89·00.7' W), along a line identical with the south boundary line
of an adjoining tract ofland (Parcel 2) described in that deed of record in Book
558 PR, Page 346, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, a distance of 528.00
feet (32 rods) to the southwest comer of said Parcel 2);

THENCE East (N 89~00.7 E), a distance of 528.00 feet (32 rods) to the east
boundary of the SWl/4SEl/4;
THENCE North (N 0°27.4' W), along said eàst boundary line, a distance of 12.00
feet to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.15 acres, more or less,
Subject to any easements of sight or of record, including, but not limited to, an
easement for Wyoming State Highway 238.
The intent herein is to describe an area to be combined with the adjoining "Parcel 2" desclibed
in the said deed of record in Book 558 PR, Page 346 in order to effect a propeliy boundary
adjustment, and not to create any additional tract or parcel ofland. This property boundary
adjustment does not include the remainder of the tract of land described in the said deed of record
in Book 359 PR, Page 316, hereafter described to wit:
A tract ofland lying within and being a part of the SWl/4SEl/4 of Section 28,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a p011ion
of the land described in that deed of record in Book 359 PR, Page 316, in the
Office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk, and with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:

BEGINNING at the northwest comer of the said SW1/4SEl/4, found as described
in the Comer Record filed in said Office; and running
THENCE S 0·28.0' E, along the west line of said SW1/4SE1I4, a distance of
653.82 feet to a point;
THENCE N 89·09.5' E, parallel to the south line of said SW1I4SEl/4, a distance
of 1316.93 feet to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike on the east line of said SWl/4SEl/4;
THENCE N 0·27.4' E, along said east line, a distance of 562.68 feet to a cotton
gin spike on said east line;
THENCE S 89·00.7' W, along the south line of the LaMont Merritt Trust
property, a distance of 528.00 feet to a point;
THENCE N 0·27.4' W, along the west line of said LaMont Menitt Trust property,
a distance of94.50 feet to the north line of said SWl/4SEl/4;
THENCE S 89·00.7' W, along said north line, a distance of789.07 feet to the
comer of beginning;

ENCLOSING an area of 18.67 acres, more or less;
SUBJECT to easements of sight and of record, including but not limited to a
right-of-way easement for State Highway 238
Each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24 steel reinforcing rod with aluminum survey
cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL L TO BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368" or
"ROSS TURNER PE&LS 3514", with appropriate details.
