BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, found as described in
the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence South 89°57'24" East, 742.69 feet, along the North line ofsaid Northwest Quarter ofthe Southwest
Quarter, to the Northeast point of said tract;
