RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 24tb
2006, executed by Matthew Scott Schneider and Melinda Kay Schneider, a single man & a
single woman, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $20,000.00, wlúch mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 2nd day of May, 2006, in
Book 618 of Mortgages, at Page 497 as Document #917975 and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WI1NESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this '3 è) day of
October. 2006.
