KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, Larry A. Johnson, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the date of ftJ /J-;j I~;:L()()~ made and executed by Donald L. Azevedo
and Terry J.Azevedo, as morigag (s)'to Larry A. Johnson as mortgagee(s) conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $1 05.000.00 as
therein stated, wlúch mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 18,2006 in
Book 620 PR, Page 611 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
Lot 49 of Amended Plat Bridger Forest Ranches. Lincoln County. Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
Also,
Lot 3 of Strawberf)' Subdivision, Lincoln County. Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
