For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, The
Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a
Pennsylvania corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto George Collins and Betty
Collins, as joint tenants, having an address of 1005 Gamet, Kemmerer, WY 83101
("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming,:
A parcel of land within an unplatted portion of the City of Kemmerer, Wyoming
and being part of Tracts 38 I and 38 L and within the SW y.. of Section 36 all of
the resurvey of T. 21 N., R. 116 W. of the 6th P.M., City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at comer number 4 of Tract 37 of the resurvey ofT. 21 N., R. 116 W.
ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found as standard U.S.G.L.O,
brass cap;
Thence S 00003'03"W, 1413.63 feet to a point being monumented by a 2"
diameter aluminum cap on a 5/8" rebar with the cap being stamped 'CCI, PELS
5465,2006' with other appropriate markings (said monument herein after referred
to as 'a 2" CCI cap') set this survey.
Thence S 00003'03"W, 60.00 feet to comer number 2 of said Tract 37 where is
found a 3" diameter aluminum cap stamped appropriately but without a LS
number on the cap;
Thence N 89°54'23"W, 159.75 feet along the south boundary line of Section 36
of said T. 21 N., R.116 W. to a point where is found a 2" CCI cap set this survey.
Said point being the intersection of said south boundary line of Section 36 and the
east or north right of way boundary line of U.S. Highway 30.

Thence N 47°14'35" W, 1140.73 feet to a point at the intersection of said east or
north highway right of way boundary and the east or south right of way boundary
of the Oregon Short Line Railroad. Said point of intersection being a point on the
central arc of a curve to the right of said railroad right of way where is found a 2"
CCI cap set this survey;
Thence 762.92 feet along the arc of said curve to the right of said east rai1i~ad
right of way boundary to the CS of a spiral curve to the right where is found a 2"
CCI cap set this survey. Said central curve to the right having a central angle of
41 °44'22", a radius of 1047.26 feet and a chord of 746.16 feet which bears N

Thence 95.33 feet along the arc of said spiral curve to the right of said east
railroad right of way boundary to the ST of said spiral curve where is found a 2"
CCI cap set this survey. Said spiral curve to the right having a central angle of

Thence N 45°29'09"E, 174.51 feet to the TS of a spiral curve to the left where is
found a 2" CCI cap set this survey;
Thence 104.94 feet along the arc of said spiral curve to the left of said east
railroad right of way boundary to the SC of said spiral curve to the left where is
found a 2" CCI cap set this survey. Said spiral curve to the left having a central
angle of2°30'38" and a chord of 104.93 feet which bears N 43°44'28"E;
Thence 931,44 feet along the arc of the central curve to the left of said east
railroad right of way boundary to a point on the curve where is found a 2" CCI
cap set this survey. Said central curve to the left having a central angle of
42°58'48", a radius of 1241.68 feet and a chord of 909.76 feet which bears N
20°59'45',£. Said point on said curve to the left being the intersection of the east-
west centerline of said Section 36 and the east right of way boundary of said
railroad.
Thence N 89°58'45''£, 200.38 feet to a point where is found a 2" CCI cap set this
survey. Said point being the intersection of the east-west centerline of said
Section 36 and the easterly boundary of said Tract 38.
Thence S 0°01 '22"W along said east boundary line of said Tract 38, 1171.31 feet
to the point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 37.1 acres more or less.
