HomeMy WebLinkAbout924096 .~.. ... ..... 000362 SUBDMSION SIGN EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, Spur1O~k Properties LLC, a Wyoming dose limited liability company, grantor, of Alpine, Uncoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey, grant, and release unto Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, grantee, and its successors and assigns, of P.O. Box 3165, Alpine, WY 83128, a perpetual, nonexctusive subdivision sign easement and right-of-way for the installation, construction, and continued maintenance of a subdivision identification sign over, under, through, aaoss and along the following described parcels of land for the purpose of erecting a subdivision identification sign on each parcel of land, to enter upon the lands situate in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 That part of Lot 27 of Trail Ridge Subdivision, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 225-E, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 10, T36N, R119W, Uncoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for Spurlock Properties LLC Sign Easement for Lot 27 of Trail Ridge Subdivision·. Parcel 2 That part of Lot 28 of Trail Ridge Subdivision, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Uncoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 225-E, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 10, T36N, R119W, Uncoln County, Wyoming, as more particular1y described on the attached "Description for Spurlock Properties LLC Sign Easement for Lot 27 of Trail Ridge Subdivision·. Together with all rights of ingress and egress necessary or convenient for all rights and privileges incident to said subdivision identification signs. Grantor agrees not to construd or méÚntain any building or structure of a pennanent nature upon the described easement.
