RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Marian A, Berger, Trustee of the Marian A.
Berger Trust dated March 24, 1989, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of May
11, 2005 made and executed by W. Keith Goody and Mary Goody, as mortgagors to Marian
A. Berger, Trustee of the Marian A. Berger Trust dated March 24, 1989 as mortgagee
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $20,000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 3, 2005 in Book S84PR on
page 443 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
