Box 125, Afton, WY 83110; of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Grantees, MAX RMERRITT and MARY W. MERRITT, husband and wife, of 647 Allred Road, Afton, WY 83110, of the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, the following-described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the . . State, to-wit: The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SEY4SWY4) of Section twenty-three (23), and beginning at the Southeast Comer of Section 23, all in Township 32 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 10 rods, thence West 160 rods, thence South 10 rods, thence East 160 rods to the place of beginning, containing 50 acres, more or less. LESS AND EXCEPTING: (Gwenna Merritt's) Commencing at a point which is the Southeast comer of Section Twenty-three (23), all in the Township Thirty-two (32) North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North ten (10) rods, thence West eighteen (18) rods, thence South Ten (10) rods, thence East eighteen (18) rods to the place of beginning, containing 1.125 acres more or less, including house and the out buildings. AND LESS AND EXCEPTING: (Eugene Corson's) Beginning at point on the East boundary of said SEY4SWY4 that is 165 feet North of the SE comer of said SEY4SWY4 and running thence North along said East boundary 1,155 feet, more or less, to' the NE comer of said SEY4SWY4; thence West along the North boundary of said SEY4SWY4 575 feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction approximately S19°39'13"E 1,226.61 feet, more or less, to a point 163.5 feet west of the point of beginning on a line parallel with the South boundary of said SEY4SWY4; thence East parallel with said South boundary 163.5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
