being first duly sworn on oath, depose and say:
I, Kenneth D.
That I am a citizen of the United States of America and over the age of 21 years, and
a resident of Smoot, Wÿoming
That I was well and personally acquainted with Etta S. Nebeker aka Etta Lavern Nebeker
as described. in that certain Quitclaim Deed dated August 16, 1990 and recorded August 27,
1990. in Book 289PR on page 138 and in Quitclaim Deed dated November 23, 1992 and
recorded December 16, 1992 in Book 321PR o~ page 722 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
That I know of my own knowledge that Etta S. Nebeker in the above described Quitclaim
Deeds and mentioned in the attached Certified copy of Certificate of Death was one and the
same person.
The life estate terminated upon the death of said Etta S. Nebeker on April 8, 1998 in the
following íkscribcd property: '
Commencing at a point which is 62 rods East of the Northwest Corner of the
SW~ of Section 15, T31N R1l9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
, and runnii1g thence North 12 rods; thence East 18 rods; thenèe South 12 rods;
thence West 18 rods to the point of beginning.
Dated this 27th day of Octobcr, 2006.
