Right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across Ellis Road
described as follows:
That part of the SEY.NWY. and that part of the NEY.swy. of Section 23, T36N, R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to amend and more cOlTectly describe Ellis
Road of the Stewart Creek Tracts as said Ellis Road is depicted on an unfiled plat titled
"PROPERTY PLAT STEWART CREEK TRACTS", dated July-August 1973 and
prepared by Ivan L. Call, PElLS 274, and described in that deed ofrccord in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 118 of Photostatic Records on page 14, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest point of Tract 3 of said Stewart Creek Tracts;
thence NOoo-12'-31"W, 1575.88 feet, along the west line of said Tract 3 and the west line
of Tract I of said Stewart Creek Tracts, to the origina1 northwest rebar of said Tract I;
thence S48°-34' -44"W, 79.76 feet, to the northeast point of Tract 2 of said Stewart Creek
Tracts;
thence SOoo -12' -31"E, 1400.26 feet, along the cast line of said Tract 2 and the east line of
Tract 4 of said Stewart' Creek Tracts, to a point;
thence S44°-48' -04"W, 169.36 feet, along a southeasterly line of said Tract 4, to a point on
the north line of Tract 6 of said Stewart Creek Tracts;
