BEGINNING at a point on the WyomiuglUtah State Line, South 00°04'14" East, 1132.16 feet,
of Corner No.4 of said Tract 54-A;
thence South 67°11'34" East, 391.87 feet, to a point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of
the Cokeville-Utah Line County Road No. 12-207 of record in the Office of the qerk of
Lincoln County;
thence South 32°10'27" West, 676.70 feet, along said right-of-way line to a brass cap on said
WyominglUtah State Line;
thence North 00°04'14" West, the BASIS OF BEARING for this survey and description, 724.68
feet, along said State Line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
