I am the same person who is identified as one of the Grantees is a Warranty Deed recorded March 10, 1987 found in BOok 249PR on page 47 of the Lincoln County public records together with my wife, Jackie C. Merritt. 2. My wife, Jackie C. Merritt, died on September 12, 1999, and annexed hereto is a true and correct copy of the Certificate of Death.. 3. We held certain property located in Lincoln County as Joint Tenants with full rights of survivorship at the time of her death. The property is more fully described as follows: PART OF LOT 1 OF BLOCK 23 OF THE AFTON TOWNSITE, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of said Lot 1 and running thence West 20 rods; thence North 10 rods; thence East 15 rods; thence South 4.5 rods; thence East 5 rods; thence South 5.5 rods to the Place of Beginning.
