address of 234 Laredo Rd., #17, Evanston, WY 82930 ("'Grantee"), the surface only of the
following described real estate, together with all improvements located thereon, lying in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
Lot 2 in the Kemmerer Industrial Park No.1 being part of the South Half of
Section 15, and part of Tract 65, T21N-Rl16W, 6th P.M., Lincoln COWlty,
Wyoming as more particularly described on the subdivision plat recorded in the
Lincoln County Clerk and Recorders office file number 246, containing 9.315
acres more or less
SUBJECT to all easements, rights-of-way, and all other interests of record, if any.
GRANTOR warrants title to the property against any person claiming by, through, or
