Quitclaim Deed
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bradley Walker, of the
County of Uinta, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and administrators, remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Bradley P. Walker and Jayceen Craven
Walker, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is 234
Laredo Rd #17, Evanston, WY 82930, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in and to the
following described premises to-wit:
Lot 2 in the Kemmerer Industrial Park No.1, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
