I, Eugene Turner, being fIrst duly sworn on oath, depose and say:
That I am a citizen of the United States of America and over the age of 21 years, and
a resident of Bedford, Wyoming.
That I was well and personally acquainted with Lois Turner as described in that certain
Corrective Warranty Deed dated June 14, 1996 and recorded July 9, 1996 in Book 385PR on
page 319 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
That I know of my own knowledge that Lois Turner in the above described Warranty
Deed and mentioned in the attached CertifIed copy of Certificate of Death was one ~d the same
person.
This affidavit is intended to terminate the life estate of said Lois Turner in the following
described property:
Beginning at a point which is 40 rods West from the Northeast comer of the
NE~ of Section 32, T34N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
and running thence South 40 rods;
thence West 20 rods;
thence North 40 rods;
thence East 20 rods to the point of beginning.
