WITHDRA W OF CONSENT TO AGREEMENT
I, RENEE MARIE INGRAM V AN NOY, hereby revoke, annul, cancel, nullify,
retract and withdraw my consent, acknowledgement and agreement with the provisions
contained in the "Notice of Agreement", signed by myself on September 4th, 2003. .
Said "Notice of Agreement" incorrectly states:
"During October of 2002, being made aware that she had cancer, Delpha
Davidson Byrd had deed by Quit Claim Deed her two parcels of real property as
follows:
Prater Canyon Estate, Unit 4, Lot 10, Sec. 25, T. 35 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County Wyoming (Street address designated as 1790 County Road 115),
with..tll improvements there-oil, to her daughter Renee M. Ingrain Van No)', wilh
the instruction that Renee share this property with Delpha Davidson Byrd's
grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. James Marshall Hannum."
However, said property was conveyed to me, by quit-claim deed on September
28,2002. Said deed having been recorded on October 8, 2002, in Book 501 PR Page 214
in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming. And by way of another
quit-claim deed, executed on October 12, 2002, said deed having been recorded on
October 16,2002, in Book 502 PR Page 013 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk,
Kemmerer, Wyoming. Neither deed contained any provision granting or conveying any
interest in the above described property to Mr. and Mrs. James Marshall Hannum.
,WHEREFORE I RENEE MARIE INGRAM V AN NOY, hereby r~voke, annul,
nullify, retract and withdraw the above-mentioned my consent, agreement and
acknowledgement to said "Notice of Agreement". It is my intention by way of this
Revocation, that James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum have no interest in the
above-described real property and that any interest I may have unwittingly granted them
through the aforementioned acknowledgements is hereby terminated.
